  • Discussion Meeting - Robert D. Blackwill On Wednesday 7th September 2005, Ambassador Robert Blackwill lead a discussion meeting on "The Bush Administration and the Greater Middle East".
  • Iran's Strategic Weapons Programmes Iran Dossier CoverOn Tuesday, 6 September 2005, the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) released its latest ‘Strategic Dossier’, entitled Iran’s Strategic Weapons Programmes – A Net Assessment. The press briefing was conducted by IISS Director Dr John Chipman, and IISS Director of Studies Dr Gary Samore, editor of the dossier.
  • Corporate Event - Toby Dodge On Thursday 14 July 2005 Dr Toby Dodge, Consulting Senior Fellow for the Middle East, gave a talk on "Iraq – Short and Medium Term Prospects". This event took place between 10am-12 noon.
  • Discussion Meeting - Rhoderick Chalmers On Wednesday 13 July 2005 Dr. Rhoderick Chalmers, Deputy South Asia Project Director, International Crisis Group, Kathmandu, Nepal lead a discussion on "Nepal: Responding to the Royal Coup". This event took place between 11am-12 noon.
  • Round Table Discussion - Shaukat Sultan On Friday 8 July Major General Shaukat Sultan, Press Secretary to President Pervez Musharraf and Director General, ISPR, Pakistan, lead a discussion on "The Current Phase of the War on Terror". This event took place between 12 noon and 1pm.
  • Discussion Meeting - Ali Ansari On Wednesday 6th July 2005 Dr Ali Ansari, Reader in the School of History, University of St Andrews, spoke on "Iran: Prospects after the Presidential Elections". This event will be held between 10.45am and 11.45am.
